Council of State: FIGC's complaint against Juve cannot be processed

The result of the FIGC's appeal to the Council of State on the "famous Covisoc letter" that Federico Cherubini and Fabio Paratici had received with the appeal to the TAR was published this morning.

The FIGC appealed to the Council of State, which, at first instance, denied the suspension of the TAR measure, forcing the federal prosecutor's office to submit the requested letter. Today, FIGC's complaint was declared inadmissible

It is likely, the full sentence is not yet available, that the inadmissibility has been decreed with the dismissal of the dispute case, so in short the card has been handed over. This would leave unchanged the decision of the TAR, which had deemed the choice to enter the administrative justification, leaving the athlete to contest the right of defense./
