Victor da Silva is one of the players with whom the Partizan club has reached an agreement for the transfer to the "red bulls". Da Silva, after two successful seasons in Shkodra, is the youngest player of Partizan.

However, the formalization in the red club is delayed. The reason for this delay is the physical aspect of Da Silva, as Partizan seeks to provide in every detail the physical condition of the Brazilian, who was injured several times last season at Vllaznia.
