Ardian Ismajli was one of the best on the field in Albania's victory over Ukraine.

Ismajli admitted to TV Klan that his mental state after the European Championship was not very good, since he did not play a single minute, but he emphasized that he was professional and said that he will give everything for the National Team.

"We believed that we had a chance to win, because it is more or less the same group as the European one. We dominated Ukraine, their goal was a coincidence. We had several other occasions of note. In the end, it is normal for the team to withdraw, because we wanted to defend the result. In the end, 3 points matter.

I am a professional. It is true that I did not have minutes in the European Championship, but it was the coach's choice and I accepted it with sportsmanship. I have always done my best, both in the team and the national team. I always will. Mentally, I was not good after the European Championship. But the important thing was that we had a break, I returned to the team and professionalism is important.
