Skenderbeu suffered numerous fines and suspensions from the Disciplinary Commission

The Discipline and Ethics Commission in the AFL has made the decisions for the last week of Albanian football. Skënderbeu has been fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek, while the official of the Laçi team, Kleo Laska, has been suspended for 4 matches.

The official of Bylis, Arbër Sino, has also been suspended for 2 matches, while the official of Illyria, Nazmi Selmani, has also been suspended for 2 matches. Meanwhile, there are fines in other categories as well.

DECISIONS:

KF Skënderbeu, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

The official of KF Bylis, Arbër Sino, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of ??KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

The official of KF Laçi, Kleo Laska, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials of the match, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity.

The player of KF Gramshi, Lorenzo Hasani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity.

The official of KF Iliria, Nazmi Selmani, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of ??KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

KF Shkumbini, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repeating the wrong behavior of the players, delaying the start of the match, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the AFF.

The player of FK Memaliaj, Qamil Skënderaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials of the match, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity.

The player of FK Përmeti, Albi Balliu, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

The player of Eagle Football, Klodian Shehu, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) matches suspension from the activity.

FC Internacional Tirana U-15, for abandoning the valid match of Abissnet Superiore U-15, against KF Teuta U-15, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Shkëndija Tirana U-17, for the wrong behavior of the players, damaging the premises of the Kamëz Sports Complex, based on articles 17/1 and 17/2/f of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

Shkëndija Tirana is ordered to compensate the damages caused in the "Kamëz Sports Complex" according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.

FC Internacional Tirana U-17, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the match valid for the Championship First Category U-17, against AF Elbasani U-17, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4 /a of KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0.

The player of KF Lushnja U-17, Alesio Lika, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) matches suspension from the activity.

The player of KF Shënkolli U-17, Gjergji Shyti, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) matches suspension from the activity.

Dismissal of the request of KF Këlcyra, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.

KF Këlcyra, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the valid match for the Second Category Championship, against FK Butrinti, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.

Atletic Tirana C U-17, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against FC Kinostudio U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Af Champions U-15, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Viking Tirana U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Petrela U-9, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Ali Demi D U-9, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

FC Lura U-9, for abandoning a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Ali Demi C U-9, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. Titans U-11, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against FBA U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 ( one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Petrela U-11, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Holle U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 ( one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Titans B U-9, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Tirana Young Stars U-9, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Tirana Young Stars U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Etien Akademi U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Tirana 19 Akademi U-11, for abandoning a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Atletik Tirana U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

FC Dajti U-11, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Akademia Sport Grup Tirana U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Albanet U-11, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against AP Dinamo U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

FC Dajti U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Etien Akademi U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

Klubi Sportiv Peza U-13, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Selaci Junior U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

AF Kamza C U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Kamza Sport U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

Akademia Europiane e Futbollit U-13, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, Grupi G, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Fushe Kruja U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

Kastrioti U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, Grupi E, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër AF Kampionet U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

KSP Junior B U-13, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Football Republic B U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

AF Triumph B U-9, for abandoning a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Football Republic A U-9, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match at the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Ksp Junior B U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Football Republic C U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match at the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Atletik Tirana B U-17, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against AMV Rinia U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

The acceptance of the request of the player Kostika Becka, based on Article 46/c and 74 of the KDE, the review of the decision No. 24 dated 28.12.2023 of the KDE, for point 7, closing the disciplinary proceedings against the applicant.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
