AFF, another investment for infrastructure in Albania

The improvement and development of sports infrastructure throughout Albania continues to remain one of the main priorities of the Albanian Football Federation. In this context, the Executive Committee of the Albanian Football Federation was informed of the request submitted by KF Laçi for support in the implementation of an important infrastructure project aimed at creating a modern sports complex in the city of Laçi.

The project envisages the construction of a modern football center, which will include several football fields, service and support facilities, locker rooms for teams and technical staff, administrative offices, as well as accommodation structures for athletes.

The complex is intended to serve not only the needs of KF Laçi, but also as a regional football center for the entire northern area of ??the country. It will create modern conditions for the development of youth teams, elite teams, the organization of gatherings, tournaments and various sports activities at the national and international level.

The Albanian Football Association considers this project a strategic investment with a long-term impact on the development of football and the local community. In addition to improving the sports infrastructure, its implementation will directly impact the increase in training capacities, the creation of modern spaces for the education and development of young talents, as well as strengthening the role of football as a development factor for the community.

For the realization of this investment, an inter-institutional cooperation model has been proposed, where contributions will be shared between KF Laçi, the Albanian Football Federation and the Kurbin Municipality. In this regard, the club has addressed all parties with a request for support, aiming for the project to materialize through a partnership that serves the public interest and the development of sports in the region.

The Executive Committee of the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) appreciated the special importance of this investment and supported in principle the continuation of the procedures for the implementation of the project, considering it an important opportunity for the development of football in Laç and the entire surrounding area.

The Albanian Football Federation remains committed to continuing investments in infrastructure in every region of the country, with the conviction that the development of football begins with the creation of modern conditions for training, education and the growth of new generations of football players.

In this context, the cooperation of all local institutions and actors remains essential to turn such projects into concrete realities in the service of the Albanian community and sport.
