The head of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, in an interview for "Monitor" that he intends to double the income from the European Championship. 

During his speech, the Duke emphasized that a good part of the rewards we will receive from qualifying for the European Championship finals will be used precisely to cover the costs of participating in this major tournament. 

According to Duke, the costs of participating in "Euro2024" are considerable. 

"Of course, we are waiting to learn officially the reward that UEFA will assign to us for qualifying for the Euro 2024 finals, at a time when UEFA also gives rewards for ongoing victories. Meanwhile, the other incomes, which are also direct, but from other sources are to be reckoned with in potential at this moment, as we have to see how the market will react to the numbers. We can only make predictions on this and talk about targets. The federation generates on average every season a certain income , as are the contracts according to the qualifying seasons. Our objective is to double this income in the period ahead of us. What we have to keep in mind here is that in a big competition like Euro 2024, the expenses are also considerable, unimaginable for our market.
