The "Negreira" case, the judge who will make the decision against Barca is robbed and fined

Sunday can be a day off for most employees, but not for the profession of judges, who, even if they are not engaged in normal sessions, are invited to evaluate files and spend many hours in the workplace.

And in the case of Silvia Lopez Mehias, the judge who will decide on the "Negreira" case, which is related to the discovered bribery of the Catalans to the former head of referees over the years, Sunday is reported to have been a very busy day and in the moment she decided to head home to calm down, she got some very bad news. Even, that would have been an ugly afternoon, reports "El Confidencial", it would have been understood on the way back, as she was stopped on the street by the Barcelona police ("Los Mossos") and fined 150 euros.

The reason was the opposition of the law enforcement forces, although the latter were protected and in the police report it is written that they took the administrative measure against the judge, after she had threatened them: "I really hope to see one of your patrols in front of my court..."

But in the meantime, the tension would become even greater when she entered her home and realized that the apartment had just been raided by thieves. If at the moment the stolen items and their value have not been reported, many media in Spain have connected this attack with the case that she will have in court against the Barcelona club.

Of course, so far there is nothing more than just the news of this robbery that happened, but in the following days, after the police make their assessments, it can be learned more clearly if this attack on the judge could have been a revenge, or an attempt to intimidate her, pending the decision she will make on the "Negreira" case.
