EXCITING/ Official offer, the club of Superior welcomes the former striker of Liverpool

Egnatia gets ready to make another big splash in the summer market. The Rogozhina club is in advanced talks with the striker from Guinea-Bissau, Toni Gomes.

The 24-year-old player is a product of the giant English club, Liverpool, as he played in all age groups of the red academy, and then with the U-23 team. Toni Gomes was able to play with the first team of Liverpool only in a friendly against Mainz in August 2016, as he was on the field for 44 minutes.

The left-wing striker has played in Portugal, Egypt and Turkey in recent years, while in the 2022-2023 season he was part of Zira in the Azerbaijani championship.

The managers of Egnatia have negotiated with Gomes through the Albanian agent of FIFA, Sergio Mezi. The chances are that in the following days the parties will concretize the agreement and the African striker will immediately join the team in the preparatory phase.
