National defender, Arlind Ajeti will continue his career with the Romanians of Cluj. The news is confirmed by the Italian media, as it is reported that the agreement has been reached and only the signing of the contract is expected.  

There was also interest from the Tirana team for Ajeti, but the defender chose the Romanian football elite, while at Andrea Mandorlini's Cluj, he will also find the Kosovar Albanian, Ermal Krasniqi. 

In this season, Ajeti was part of Pordenone in the Italian Serie C, where he played 33 games and scored 6 goals.

Due to financial problems, Pordenone threatens its existence in the next season, so the 29-year-old Albanian defender had to leave, as he will start a new adventure in Romania. 

During his career, Arlind Ajeti has been active with important teams in European football, such as Basel, Frosinone, Torino, Crotone, etc.
