Discipline/ Three football players cause trouble for Skënderbeu, four

The Disciplinary Commission in the AFL has revealed the decisions made regarding the recent events in Albanian football.

Four Superiore clubs have been fined for improper behavior of fans.

Skënderbeu has received an ultimatum for arrears of payments to 3 football players, who were part of the Korcars in the past.

DECISIONS:

KF Bylis, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.

KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by lighting pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

FK Partizani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by lighting flares and pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.

FC Dinamo City, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by lighting flares and pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

The official of KF Lushnja, Klodian Dërvishi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials, after the end of the match, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities. Pursuant to article 6/2/c of ??the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums, sports activities organized by the AFL, until the end of the sentence.

FK Apolonia, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repeated failure to take measures to implement the rules of the game, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for by the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of FFF.

Accepting the request of the applicant Blerim Krasniqi. KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute decision no. 1, dated 13.01.2023 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.

Accepting the request of the applicant Elvi Berisha. KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute decision no. 4, dated 30.05.2023 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.

Accepting the request of the applicant Jorgo Meksi. KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute decision no. 6, dated 07.07.2023 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.

Acceptance of the request of the player of KF Butrinti, Anderson Da Silva Rocha, suspension of the remainder of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of KDE, will be 6 (six) months.

The acceptance of the request of the official of Çangu Akademi, Dashamir Çangu, for the suspension of the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
