DISCIPLINE/ Kastrioti's footballer is suspended for 2 matches, three

The Disciplinary Commission in the AFL has given the decisions for this weekend's events in Albanian football. The club of Erzen and Bylis have been fined because of the items thrown by their fans on the field.

Likewise, Kastriot's football player, Adolf Selmani, has been suspended for 2 games after inappropriate behavior towards Tirana's football player.

DECISIONS:

1. KF Erzeni, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 65/1 and 65/3/c of ??the KDS, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.

2. KF Bylis, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 65/1 and 65/3/c of ??the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

3. The player of KS Kastrioti, Adolf Selmani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent, based on Article 47/1/d of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

4. KF Tirana, for wrong behavior of the players after the end of the match, based on articles 64/1, 64/4 and 64/5 of the KDS, is ordered to compensate the damages caused in the dressing rooms at the "Elbasan Arena" Stadium according to the ascertainment act, within 15 days.

5. KF Kukësi, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 65/1 and 65/3/c of ??the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

6. The official of FC Bulqiza, Ervis Alliu, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on Article 55/2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

7. The player of FC Bulqiza, Mirjan Pepa, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 48/1/a of the KDS, is punished with 5 (five) match suspension from the activity.

8. The player of FC Bulqiza, Sildi Lika, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 48/1/a of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from the activity.

9. The player of KF Devolli, Flavio Demollari, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 48/1/a of the KDS, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from the activity.

10. The player of Laberia FC, Igli Moqi, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 55/2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

11. The player of Shkendija TR U-17, Amarildo Demiraj, for attacking the opponent, based on article 47/1/e of the KDS, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from the activity.

12. The player of Flamurtari FC U-17, Manuel Hajrulla, for attacking the opponent, based on article 47/1/e of the KDS, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from the activity.

13. The player of FK Partizani U-19, Reinaldo Kalari, for protesting the decisions of the match official, based on article 55/2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

14. The player of KF Bylis U-21, Charles Atshimene, for attacking the opponent, based on article 47/1/e of KDS, is punished with 5 (five) matches suspension from the activity.

15. The player of KF Teuta U-21, Klaid Hoxha, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent, based on article 47/1/d of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

16. The player of KF Teuta U-21, Muco Boci, for protesting the decisions of the match official, based on article 55/2 of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) matches suspension from the activity.

17. Acceptance of the request of KF Pogradeci player, Alfred Zefi, suspension of the remainder of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 32/4 of the Civil Code, will be 6 (six) months.

18. Dismissal of the request of KS Kastrioti player, Eneid Kodra, as not based on the Sports Discipline Code.
