The Disciplinary Commission has not let the clubs enjoy the end-of-year holidays in peace as it has made the decisions for the last week's matches in Albanian football. Decisions which this time had the derby at the epicenter, but also other matches in different categories.

The incidents with the fans in the derby have brought the usual fines for Tirana and Partizan, but with the blues who have been ordered to pay a full 400,000 lek, while the reds only 200,000 lek fine.

Meanwhile, the sports director of Kukës, Naim Halili, has been suspended for his behavior towards the referee in the match against Laçi. As for the incidents in youth football, Grend Halili and Julian Ahmataj, part of the Tirana club, were also punished with suspensions.

KF Tirana, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, dëmtimin e mjediseve sportive dhe hedhjen e sendeve në terrenin sportiv duke shkaktuar ndërprerje të përkohshme të lojës, në bazë të neneve 65/1, 65/3/a, 65/3/c dhe 65/3/f të KDS, dënohet me gjobë në masën 400.000 (katërqind mijë) lekë. KF Tirana, urdhërohet të dëmshpërblejë dëmet e shkaktuara në Stadiumin “Air Albania” sipas akt konstatimit, brenda 15 ditëve.
FK Partizani, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, dëmtimin e mjediseve sportive dhe hedhjen e sendeve në terrenin sportiv duke shkaktuar ndërprerje të përkohshme të lojës, në bazë të neneve 65/2, 65/3/a, 65/3/c dhe 65/3/f të KDS, dënohet me gjobë në masën 200.000 (dyqind mijë) lekë. FK Partizani, urdhërohet të dëmshpërblejë dëmet e shkaktuara në Stadiumin “Air Albania” sipas akt konstatimit, brenda 15 ditëve.
Zyrtari i FK Kukësi, Naim Halili, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarit të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 48/2/a të KDS, dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti. Në aplikim të nenit 32/2/3 të KDS, vendoset pezullimi i pjesshëm i zbatimit të dënimit pas shlyerjes së gjysmës së tij. Periudha e pezullimit me kusht, në zbatim të nenit 32/4 të KDS, do të jetë 6 (gjashtë) muaj.
Lojtari i KF Oriku, Roland Shkreli, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 48/1/a të KDS, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
Zyrtari i Akademia e Futbollit Kamza U-15, Kevin Gega, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarit të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 48/2/a të KDS, dënohet me 12 (dymbëdhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga çdo aktivitet i organizuar nga FSHF.
