Dinamo warns of a lawsuit in CAS against the Federation: We were treated unfairly, everyone saw it

The Kosovo Football Federation decided a few weeks ago that Dinamo will play in group A, despite not belonging to that region.

The Sports Arbitration Commission has upheld Dinamo's complaints regarding the case, saying that FFK should change the decision made earlier.

Regarding this matter, "GazetaBlic Sport" has contacted the official of the Dinamo club, Fatos Ademi, who said that the club will not leave the competition, but will follow all legal avenues, saying that they will sue FFK for this. occasion.

" We will use all legal mechanisms. Of course, we will not withdraw from the competition, this injustice that has been done to the Dinamo club has been seen by everyone. The fact that we won the case at CAS shows that our demands were right. We are consulting with some lawyers to file a lawsuit against FFK and the Executive Committee who have not taken measures in this direction. We will also sue FFK in the CAS of UEFA ", said Ademi first.

Ademi said that even if FFK continues its injustice and decides that Dinamo will play in group A, the club from Ferizaj will not leave the competition and will participate in it, but will use all legal mechanisms to win the right .

" We will also participate in group A, but it is normal that we will use all the legal mechanisms in this direction, despite the fact that we will also participate in group A, not by our will, but by the imposition of the Football Federation , however we will not give up until the right wins ", added Ademi.

During the interview, Ademi also emphasized that the Dinamo club has made a request to FFK to postpone tomorrow's match against Vellaznim, but the Kosovo Football Federation in an official letter, according to them, has not accepted this request.
