Once part of Partizan, the "fighter" of the National team arrives in Serie A

Ylber Ramadani is the next Albanian to play in Serie A. The "Warrior" of the midfield of the Albanian national team, developed a very good season in personal terms in Scotland with Aberdeen.

The positive performances of the 27-year-old caught the eye of Corvino, the technical director of the Serie A club, while Hellas Verona also entered the competition for Ramadan.

But the Dardan player has chosen Lecce. The Italians have reached an agreement with Aberdeen counterparts for 1.2 million euros. Meanwhile, the Scottish club will keep 10% of the Albanian midfielder's fee.

Ramadani will sign a 3-year contract with Lecce, from which he will receive 500,000 euros per season. The new team includes Kastrioti Dermaku, with whom they played together in Albania.

Five years ago, Ramadani made his debut with the Red and Black national team. So far, he has 27 games and one goal. Previously, he also played with teams like MTK Budapest (Hungary), Vejle (Denmark), Partizani (Albania) and Drita, Prishtina and Ferizaj in Kosovo.

Ramadani underwent medical tests on Thursday and today he is expected to be officially confirmed as Lecce's youngest footballer.
