Çela and Agostinelli are penalized, Egnatia loses the table match.

The Disciplinary Commission in the AFL revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that took place in Albanian football. Rarely, there are no penalties in the Superior, but they are not missing in the First Category.

The fight in Flamurtari-Kukësi has brought the suspension of two coaches, Andrea Agostinelli and Emilajno Çela.

Penalties are not lacking in the age group, where Egnatia U-17 lost the match against Lushnja on the table, while Rubin Ukshini was suspended for six months.

DECISIONS: 

The FC flag bearer, for misbehavior of the spectators, throwing objects on the field of play as well as insulting and insulting the match officials, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.


The official of Flamurtari FC, Andrea Agostinelli, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials of the opposing team, based on Article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.


The official of FK Kukesi, Emiljano Çela, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.


The player of KF Valbona, Wahab Laëal Adetola, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.


The official of KF Erzeni, Arlind Nerjaku, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of ??KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.


KF Pogradeci, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing objects on the field of play and not guaranteeing the safety of the players of the opposing team, based on articles 17/1 and 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.


The official of Eagles Football, Andi Matraxhiu, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 5 (five) match suspension from activities. Pursuant to article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the dressing rooms and the reserve bench.


The official of KF Shiroka, Ergin Axhani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 5 (five) match suspension from activities. Pursuant to article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the dressing rooms and the reserve bench.


The player of KF Vora U-19, Gerjard Xhixha, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.


The player of Flamurtari FC U-19, Gerald Kapaj, for threatening the officials of the match, based on article 14/1/k of KDE, is punished with 10 (ten) matches suspension from activities.


Lojtari i FK Partizani U-18, Spiro Idrizaj, për provokim të spektatorëve me gjeste ofenduese, në bazë të nenit 14/1/f të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.


KF Egnatia U-17, për aktivizimin e një lojtari që nuk kishte të drejtë të luante në ndeshjen e vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Parë U-17 kundër KF Lushnja U-17, në bazë të neneve 19/2 dhe 19/4/a të KDE, humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0.


Zyrtari i KF Egnatia U-17, Rubin Ukshini,për aktivizimin e një lojtari që nuk kishte të drejtë të luante, në bazë të nenit 19/4/b të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) muaj pezullim nga aktiviteti.


Zyrtari i Flamurtari FC U-16, Gentian Zguro, për kërcënim ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/k të KDE, dënohet me 10 (dhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.


Zyrtari i Akademia e Futbollit U-14, Nelsi Mete, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.


Lojtari i Don Bosko Academy U-15, Dejvi Flamuraj, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.


Lojtari i F.B.A U-15, Kejsi Abdia, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.


Lojtari i Tirana United U-17, Arbi Spahiu, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.


FK Kukësi U-19, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-19, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Kamza Sport U-19, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.


Ali Demi A, U-11, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë Grupi J, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër East Park B, U-11, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.


Ali Demi B, U-11, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë Grupi J, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Tirana King U-11, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.


Pranimin e kërkesës së lojtarit të FK Partizani U-21, Danilo Bajraktari, pezullimin e pjesës së mbetur të dënimit. Periudha e pezullimit me kusht, në zbatim të nenit 34/1 të KDE, do të jetë 6 (gjashtë) muaj.
