Deputy Fatmir Mediu, during his speech in the Assembly, said that the People's Advocate is a moral test for the entire opposition.

He said that the opposition should find a common language among themselves and not with the majority.

He further called for the opposition's vote to go to Besim Ndregjon.

 "The election of the ombudsman, a moral test for all of us, of the opposition, it would be moral to find opportunities to communicate with each other and to find an inherent candidacy for all of us, I do not prejudge the candidates, but before you do agreement with the majority, you had previously made with us. When we voted to open the files, you said that we should give morals to the persecuted, in the first place you should have given yourself morals.
