Zbardhet skenari/ Berisha: Rama i

Kreu i Partisë Demokrtaike, Sali Berisha ka zbardhur skenarin e vjedhjes nëpërmjet aferës së inceneratorëve nga ish-ministri i Mjedisit Lefter Koka.

Ai u shpreh se Lefter Koka nuk kishte asnjë qindarkë  nga buxheti i ministrisë dhe se s’mund të vidhte  pasi të vetmit që mund të marrin lekë nga buxheti janë ministri i financave dhe nga Edi Rama vet.

“Argument të vetëm pse nuk vjedhë ka gjatësinë trupore.  Afera 420 milionë euroshe  ka emrin e  Edi Ramës. Nëse një kryeministër do të mirën e qytetarëve ai zbaton ligjin. Lefter Koka nuk kishte një qindarkë nga buxheti i ministrisë , ai s’mund të vidhte, buxheti miratohet këtu para nesh. Nuk ka njëri në botë që mund ta vjedhë përveç kryeministritë dhe ministrit të financës. Po ai e vuri në dizpocion që të vjedhë fondin e këshillit të ministrave”, tha Berisha./CNA.al
