Today's session in the Assembly was accompanied by debates between PD deputies and those of the majority.

But, in the meantime, MP Flamur Noka had a "clash" with Parliament Speaker Lindita Nikolla.

He asked for the floor after the speech of Prime Minister Rama, while adding that the latter had mentioned his name.

But, Nikola answered "he had it with the flag, not with you" and closed the microphone.

Excerpts from the debate:

Noka: I ask for a reply

Nikolla: He did not mention you at all, he had it with Flamur, not your personal name.

Noka: Keep your ears open, mention the name sir. I see that there is a synchronization to caress you from both sides, but Albanians do not care who caresses you more words, Rama or Alibeaj. They do not need to see double tango, because they have and where they take place.

Noka: It is not for procedure.

Nikola: I interrupted the word that it is not a procedure, you are commenting. Comments are not a procedure.

Noka: No we do not follow. I love the word.
