The staff of the Municipality of Tirana costs 90 million dollars/ Topollaj:

"The municipality of Tirana has monopolized all the powers in the hands of the mayor, so much so that the Municipal Council has taken on a secondary role and has turned into a notary of the mayor's decisions."

This is what the member of the Tirana Municipal Council, Fabian Topollaj, said.

In the studio of MCN Live, Topollaj said that it has been about 4 years since, due to the fault of the opposition parties of that time, who thought they invented the wheel, by not participating in the elections, they have caused all the powers to be concentrated in the hands of one party.

Sipas tij, në total buxheti i Bashkisë Tiranë është 28.8 miliardë lekë, rreth 280 milionë dollarë dhe shpenzimet janë të ndara në mënyrë të barabartë mes pagesave personelit, vetëm 1/3 e tij shkon për investime që shkon për qytetarët.

Ndërsa 90 milionë dollarë shkojnë për të paguar vetëm stafet e Bashkisë Tiranë, është një shumë e frikshme në vit.
