The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has accused the government regarding the construction of the Skavica hydropower plant, where he stated that the company that has undertaken its construction is a non-competitive project, stressing that non-competitive contracts are corrupt.

The Chief Democrat described Skavica as Dibra's grave.

During his speech, Berisha called on the British government not to allow their companies to buy shares from the "Bechtel" company, since according to him, Dibra cannot be buried.
