Prime Minister Edi Rama said that the virtual assistant in e-Albania will speak and answer by voice and will provide services for citizens.
During his last conference for this year with journalists, Rama said that Albania today has a decent administration, as according to him the digitalized system has reduced corruption in the country.
"The virtual assistant in e-Albania will speak and answer by voice and will provide service to the citizens. The written virtual assistant answered 1 million citizens in e-Albania in 2024. Today we have an administration that serves with dignity and as much as possible the more digital services, the more corruption will decrease.
