Details emerge from the revocation of the accreditation of observers in Vora.
The CEC revoked the accreditation after it turned out that the badge was in the name of one person and was held by someone else.
More specifically, the badge was in the name of Albert Xhabafti and was held by his nephew, Xhoni Asllanaj.
The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, also clashed with the latter.
Xhoni Asllanaj is not an unknown name to the police. He is reported to have been booked for theft and illegal possession of weapons. In the news report when Xhoni Asllanaj was arrested, it is said that AK, 44 years old, was also arrested. AK turned out to be Albert Xhabafti.
