A few days ago, KAS came out with the decision that PD e vula should be registered in the elections of May 14 with commanding chairman Enkelejd Alibeajn.

Two days later, the chairman of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, registered the PD of the seal in the elections, stating that there was no other way but to implement the decision of the KAS.

But the chairman of the DP, Sali Berisha, has sent this issue to the Electoral College.

Berisha requests that the KAS decision be suspended, as well as the "Partia Demokratike" entity, registered with the vice-president Enkelejd Alibeaj, in the capacity of the acting president, be deregistered.

While waiting for the Electoral College to examine this request of his, Berisha has addressed another appeal to KAS.

The head of the democrats requests that the decision of Celibashi be suspended, until an answer is received from the Electoral College.

"In the conditions where the Electoral College will express itself within the deadlines set by the above-mentioned appeal law, as well as for how long the College can potentially decide to accept the lawsuit and overturn the KAS decision, we consider that the State Election Commissioner had the obligation to suspend implementation of decision no. 27 object of appeal to the College, until the Electoral College has issued a final decision", says Berisha's request./ CNA
