Prime Minister Edi Rama had lunch today with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, who is in Tirana for an official visit.

Through a status on social networks, Rama announces that he has expressed support to Kurti for the agreement reached with the Serbian president, Aleksandër Vucic in Ohrid.

Also, the head of the government reveals a decision he made with his Kosovar counterpart. He announces that it has been agreed that the next meeting of the two governments will be held in June.

" With my special friend, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, during today's lunch where we discussed in detail the Ohrid agreement and the further progress of the process of its implementation.

I expressed all my sympathy to Albin for the courage and realism with which he has taken important steps towards the normalization of relations with Serbia. I encouraged the prime minister to take further steps, either for the guarantee of Serbian municipalities in the framework of the association that guarantees the self-management of the Serbian community, or for the operation with the necessary guarantees of the Serbian Church in its places of worship in Kosovo, assuring him that in this not easy process he has my full support.
