The head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has presented the opposition candidate for the Municipality of Përrenjas, Suzana Topin, in a meeting with the residents.

During his speech, Meta accused Prime Minister Edi Rama and declared that he is convinced that the opposition will win the May 14 elections.

This is because, according to him, the head of the government has a usurping minority, while the opposition has an overwhelming majority.

"Rama e ka të qartë se ka një pakicë uzurpatore. Të ecim të sigurt drejt 14 majit. Do jetë një fitore plebishitare. Është e padiskutueshme. Qytetarët me të drejtë kanë thënë se duan zgjedhje, ja ku erdhën zgjedhjet. Nuk janë vetëm zgjedhje vendore. Janë zgjedhje për të gjithë komunitetin. Janë një moment historik për të çrrënjosur monizmin. Ky është modeli se si e do Edi Rama pushtetin. Hajdutëria e tij nuk njeh kufi. Të gjithë drejt 14 majit. Të ndëshkojmë me votë këtë pakicë uzurpatore që tallet me qytetarët shqiptarë. Jo vetëm i vjedh, por i intimidon.
