The former coordinator of the Democratic Persuasion Party, Astrit Patozi, has shown what advice he gave to the head of the Democratic Party Sali Berisha and Lulzim Basha before the conflict and division between them happened.

In an interview with the journalist Arbër Hitaj, he said that he advised the two to separate in a civilized way, since the conflict between them would create divisions and difficulties in the unification of other opposition parties.

" Sali Berisha finds it difficult to unite the two opposition groups and not further to unite other opposition parties as well. DP, because of a wrong course for years, has to pay the bill. I have advised them to separate in a way civilized so that the other opposition parties could also join. This advice was not taken into account, the DP is today postponing its own agony.
