Prime Minister Edi Rama has continued his tour of city-by-city meetings, after the victory of 53 municipalities in the May 14 local elections.

This afternoon, Rama stopped in Mat and Klos. The head of the government thanked the citizens who trusted him with the vote in these elections, while he said that it is now up to the SP to do its job.

"We did not come to ask for your votes, but to thank you. You did your duty, now it's up to us to do ours to turn this trust into good works and goodness and prosperity for your community. 

Often someone likes to cut him short, to say that the vote has no value, but I believe that here in Mat as well as in other countries, anyone who sees with his own eyes has every opportunity to understand that the opposite It's true. Politics is valid and vote is valid, they are not all the same. The truth is that things have changed and I believe that this plebiscite vote for the SP is a confirmation of faith", he said.

The Prime Minister "shot" the opposition, as he declared that the citizens who did not vote did not burden their right-wing tradition with the shame of Ilir Meta's vote.
