“Nuk kemi “dashuri” për Spiropalin por për kryeministrin”/ Dashnor Sula sugjeron Ramën

Deputeti Dashnor Sula ka reaguar menjëherë në Kuvend lidhur me delegimin “e detyrës” për interpelancë nga kryeministri Rama për ministren Spiropali.

Sula theksoi se asnjë nen në Kushtetutë nuk e përcakton që interpelancat delegohen, dhe se duhej shtyrë nëse kryeministri nuk mundet të jetë në sallë.

“Do të flas…mundem të lutem. Nëse ju sfidoj juve, këdo këtu, që të gjej një germë të vogël ku thuhet që interpelanca i delegohet një personi tjetër. Nëse bëhet fjalë për aktivitetin e qeverisë, mund të delegohej. Thjesht do të ishte një përgjigje logjike në saj të këtij parlamenti. Nëse kryeministri jonë nuk ka mundësi reale, mund të ishte shtyrja e interpelancës, jo dhe jo të delegohet ajo. Nenet 6-7 e përcaktojnë qartë. Por rregulloja e thotë qartë. Do ishte në nderin tuaj zonja kryetare që mos të vazhdonin këto lloj zhvillimesh. Nëse kryeministri nuk vinte, ta shtynim. Nuk e kemi ‘dashurinë’ për Spiropalin, por për kryeministrin”, tha deputeti Sula./CNA.al
