Democrat MP Tritan Shehu accuses the Assembly of violating the regulation by blocking the Resolution on the Serb genocide in Kosovo.

While listing several points, he emphasizes that in the shame of this Assembly, it is realized only by the pressures of Vuçiç and the consequences of the "Open Balkans"!

Assembly today: The
regulation is violated again by blocking the Resolution on the Serbian genocide in Kosovo in several points:

1- Është shkelur afati 3-ditor për t’u diskutuar në Konferencën e Kryetarëve prej momentit të depozitimit të kërkesës, sot kanë kaluar tre javë.
2- Konferenca e Kryetarëve nuk vepron në fshehtësi. Ajo është e detyruar të publikojë rendin e ditës më parë dhe më pas çështjet që u diskutuan, gjë që nuk ekziston.
3- Është detyrim të thirren dhe firmëtarët e kërkesës në Konferencën që do të diskutonte Rezolutën, gjë që nuk është kryer.
4- Konferenca e Kryetarëve nuk mund ta dërgojë atë kërkesë në Komisionin e Jashtëm, por vetëm direkt në seancën plenare, pa mirëkuptimin e autorëve. Vetëm autorët e kanë këtë të drejtë e askush tjetër!
So clearly so far we have only violations of the Regulation to not allow the passage to the plenary session of the request for Motion with a debate finalized by Resolution, to recognize and condemn the Serbian genocide in Kosovo, requested by a group of MPs.
Undoubtedly, this, in the shame of this Assembly, is realized only by the pressures of Vuçiç and the consequences of the "Open Balkans"!
