Democrat MP, Belind Këlliçi, said that Erion Veliaj with a normal campaign and the full commitment of the DP, has no chance to get a third term, because he has destroyed the capital.

"With a normal campaign of the Democratic Party, with a union of all opposition energies in Tirana, Veliaj has no chance to get a third term, because what he did to Tirana he did not do to the occupiers. Tirana is drowned in concrete, smog, money laundering, and I'm certainly surprised and amazed at where a man finds the courage to speak confidently about another term. " said Këlliçi.

According to Këlliç, Erion Veliaj, is trying to convey security to his people to get a third term, but recalled in the second term he was elected with 8 percent of the votes of the citizens of Tirana, in 2019 when there was no candidate opposite.
