Today, the Investigative Commission for the incinerators continues with the questioning of two administrators, Faraudin Arapi, administrator of "Integrated Technology Service" and Arjan Baçi, administrator of "Albtek Energy".

However, today's meeting of this commission has brought to light another scandal.

Klodian Zoto and Stela Gugallja, the two persons wanted after the SPAK investigation, for the Elbasan incinerator, emptied their bank accounts before leaving.

" From the financial data that we received from the accounting office, it results that the company "Albtek" has negligible financial assets, almost to zero, and until now even the incineration and landfill services have been made from the income that the company Albtek has had until now . There are several bank accounts at the time of delivery. It is 5 thousand euros," said Arjan Baçi.

Furthermore, DP MP Jorida Tabaku said that "So, those who are in search today have emptied their bank accounts and left".

Meanwhile, Arben Pëllumbi of the SP intervened, who came to the company's side, saying:  "How the company balances is not our duty."

According to Baç, " At the moment we speak, waste is being discarded from the plant, because the financial situation was zero and to keep the incinerator working, they have started all the procedures and concrete steps to continue the work with the burning of garbage and the production of electricity."

It was also discovered that at the time of taking over the incinerator was operational and electricity was being produced but not being sold.
