The head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta left the cell for a few hours and appeared at the Special Prosecutor's Office to be questioned by the prosecutors.

Ilir Meta was questioned for about 2 hours by special prosecutors as a person under investigation regarding lobbying in America.

Through a post on "Facebook", Meta has published some facts that hold Edi Rama, Erion Veliaj and Úngjëll Agaçi responsible for the Tirana incinerator.

"In today's session of mutual questions in SPAK, in the capacity of the President of the Freedom Party, the second opposition force in the country, which has been the main whistleblower of the mega-affair of the incinerators, which has Edi Rama and Úngjëll Agaçin as the main responsible, I presented today three official facts and panels that hold them accountable.

1. Edi Rama, contrary to any law in force, on 7.12.2016, signed the granting of a bonus of 8% of points to the company Integrated Energy BV sh.pk for the competition procedure, for the construction of the Tirana incinerator, but that we in fact, this company DID NOT EXIST at the time the Prime Minister signed the bonus that favored him in the competitive procedure.

2. Edi Rama has signed in violation of the law "On Concessions and Public/Private Partnership", for the negotiation without announcement of the concession contract for the construction of the Elbasan incinerator even after the General Secretary of the Council of Ministers, Úngjëll Agaçi, was officially notified by Director of the Public Procurement Agency, Mr. Eduard Ahmeti, that the procedure selected for granting this concession, negotiation without announcement, is illegal.

3. The illegal firm of Erion Veliaj for the approval of the 30-year concession of the ghost incinerator of Tirana, avoiding the decision-making of the Municipal Council of Tirana and in violation of the law.

Since this issue is of high public interest, my question was what is done with the investigations while tens of millions of euros continue to be stolen and to finance false whistleblowers, media and "Spakist" analysts who flood the television counters?

So that SPAK and the "SPAKist" analysts don't get tired anymore, here are the signed and stamped documents." /CNA
