The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has reacted regarding the strike of the lawyers, who demand the annulment of the new court map.

In a post on social networks, Berisha writes that the new court map, arbitrarily, closes 9 fact courts, 4 administrative appellate courts and 5 appellate courts.

According to him, Rama has two main goals, to put under full control the decisions of the courts and to mask the bankruptcy of the judicial system by the pseudo-reform of this system.

"Today, the 4-day strike of the country's lawyers against the Map of Courts.

Të dashur miq, sot të gjithë avokatët e vendit nisën grevën katërditore kundër hartës së re antikushtetuese, antiligjore, të sistemit të gjykatave që dhunon rëndë parimet e procesit të rregullt gjyqësor për qytetarët shqiptarë.

Kjo hartë në mënyrë arbitrare mbyll 9 gjykata fakti, 4 gjykata apeli administrative dhe 5 gjykata apeli. Ajo, me shpenzimet shtesë që u krijon qytetarëve, udhëtime, hotele etj, e bën të papërballueshëm procesin gjyqësor për shtresat në nevojë. 

Me hartën antikushtetuese, Rama ka dy qëllime kryesore:

• Të vendosë nën kontroll të plotë vendimet e gjykatave dhe të maskojë falimentimin e sistemit gjyqësor nga pseudoreforma e këtij sistemi.

• Fully supporting the strike of the country's lawyers in defense of the fundamental rights of Albanian citizens, I call on all other professions related to litigation to go on strike and demand its immediate annulment. "- writes Berisha./ CNA.al
