The CEC has updated the results from the counting process in Tirana municipality, where 6 candidates are running.

According to the latest information from the CEC at 03:40, votes have been counted in 125 polling stations out of 941 in total.

The candidate of the Socialist Party, Erion Veliaj, continues to widen the gap with his opponent, the candidate of the coalition "Bashkë Fitomje", Belind Këlliçi.

Veliaj has so far received 19,602 votes, or 55.04%, while Këlliç has received 12,014 votes, or 33.73%.

After them comes the candidate of the "Joint Movement", Arlind Qori, who received 1765 votes, or 4.96%, passing the candidate of the Democratic Party of Alibeaj, Roland Bejko, who received 1594 votes, or 4.48%.

The other two candidates, the one from the Left Front, Marko Dajti, received 344 votes, or 0.97%, while the last one is the PDIU candidate, Lajla Përnaska, with 296 votes, or 0.83%./ CNA.al
