The deputy of the DP, candidate for mayor, Luciano Boçi, has published a photo of the pollution in the city of Elbasan.

The panorama that appears in the photo is garbage dumped on the streets.

Boçi has raised the concern on social networks, where it is stated that Elbasan is among the cities that pay millions of euros for maintenance and in the end the citizens wake up with dirt.

Thus bringing back to attention the incinerator that Elbasani has, but which has only served to take citizens' money, and not to clean the city of waste.

"Good morning, Elbasan. A city that pays millions of euros for garbage and you wake up in the dirt of those who have mismanaged you in these 16 years", writes Boçi on social networks.
