Boçi reveals the vision/ "The project for Elbasan starts from the citizen"

The candidate of the Democratic Party for the municipality of Elbasan, Luciano Boçi, said that the projects for Elbasan should be initiated by the citizens.

Through a post on social networks, Boçi writes that the citizens must restore their trust and values, which have been shaken by this regime.

"The project for Elbasan starts from the citizen

People need to be brought out of the depersonalizing depression of a regime that has shaken the foundations of human integrity.

Citizens need to reconfirm the natural dimensions of their civil liberties - political, economic and social, to restore self-confidence and the appreciation that the institutions of a normal country deserve," writes Boçi./ CNA
