Former minister Ylli Manjani has stung Enkelejd Alibea...
Kryetari i Partisë Demokratike, Sali Berisha, ka publikuar dokumentet që tregojnë se ka dekretuar heqjen e të gjitha dekoratave për diktatorin Enver Hoxha dhe bashkëpunëtorët e tij.
Ky dekret është firmosur nga Berisha në 13 shkurt të vitit 1995 në kohën kur ishte President.
Në dekret shkruhet: U hiqen të gjitha dekoratat dhe titujt e nderit, për aktin kriminal të genocidit të urshtuar ndaj popullit shqiptar gjatë viteve të diktaturës komuniste, personave të ish nomenklaturës së lartë komuniste
