This is the question to which the vice-president of the Democratic Party, Oerd Bylykbashi, has answered by saying that Basha has resigned and this act has been made public.

In an interview, Bylykbashi stated that there is no revocation of Basha's resignation since Enkelejd Alibeaj has publicly declared that he is the chairman of the DP.

"There can be no, Basha can return to politics, but Basha has resigned and this is a public fact. There is no revocation. Not only that, but they have made public actions.
