The candidate of the Democratic Party for the Municipality of Elbasan, Luciano Boçi, has called on the citizens to unite, according to him, this would bring an indisputable victory for the DP.

I consider the contract started with the Democrats on December 4 after the Primaries process and the permanent contract I signed with the citizens of Elbasan who have trusted me and voted for me continuously in every electoral battle non-negotiable and irresolvable!
