Balla deflects the "McGonigal" case/ Attacks Berisha

The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, in a statement to the media, spoke about the motion for the McGonigal case.

He said that the Parliament is not fast-food but an institution and he diverted his statement by mentioning the head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, whom he called tar with paint.
