Lawyer Enida Bozheku has analyzed the decision of the Court of Appeal, which returned the issue of the seal to the Court of Fact for reconsideration, legitimizing the Alibeaj group as a party in the process.

Bozheku said in an interview with Sonila Meço that today the court gave Enkelejd Alibeaja enough time to go to the elections and guarantee the defeat of the opposition in Albania.

This is because according to her, Alibeaj is an empty body that has an opposition without members.

“Në fakt pritej, ndoshta jo rikthimi në shkallë të parë, që tani është rikthyer në një lojë të rrezikshme, sepse koncepti i demokracisë dhe ajo pjesë e popullatës e cila është anëtarësia e këtij grupi politik, e udhëhequr nga Sali Berisha, atë do populli demokrat dhe kjo gjëja tjetër, se unë nuk e quaj ndryshe dot, se nuk është PD-ja, do të shkojë në KQZ sepse e ka hapësirën e kohës për të shkuar në KQZ ditën e hënë dhe do të shkojë të bëjë regjistrimin normal të opozitës sepse ajo thotë se unë përfaqësoj opozitën, një opozitë pa anëtarë, një bosh.

Problemi i drejtësisë është akoma më i thellë, përveç faktit që u krijua një precedent, problemi tjetër është se si Gjykata e Apelit e heq nga vetja në këto momente, në moment që e çon për rishqyrtim e ka pranuar që Alibeaj është i legjitimuar. Nuk e di se si do të argumentojnë këtë gjë.
