The appeal gives the decision/ The stamp of the DP is returned for examination

After two hours and 30 minutes, the Court of Appeal issued a decision regarding the issue of the seal of the Democratic Party.

The appeal has returned for reconsideration to the Court of Fact the issue of the seal with another body of judges.

Today's decision was expected to resolve the impasse at the Central Election Commission, determining which of the camps would register for the local elections under the DP logo.

The case was examined by Elona Mihali as relator and with judges Irida Kacerja and Astrit Kalaja.

Two representatives of the American embassy were also present at the session. Today's session lasted for about 8 hours./ CNA.al
