Në një prononcim për CNA.al, Cako u shpreh se nëse Kokalari i ka burimet financiare dhe njerëzore, do të ishtë një zhvillim pozitiv, gjithmonë nëse do ndjekë linjat e atdhedashurisë dhe nacionalizmit.
