Berisha brings the same problem regarding the construction of roads.

The Qukës-Qafë Pllocë road started in 2011, it has been 12 years and the road does not end. Arbri Road has started, in 2013 we left 32 kilometers completed, we left 27 kilometers unfinished and today it continues. So not only is one side terrible, the theft they do.
