Deputy Luciano Boçi has announced the submission of the request of 44 deputies for the establishment of the Investigative Commission to Prime Minister Rama for the McGonigal case.

Asked about the opposition movement if the establishment of the Investigative Commission for Prime Minister Rama is rejected by the majority, MP Boçi said that it will be sent to the Constitutional Court.

"Of course, both the case of the first Commission on "Charters", and the second case on the McGonigal case, will be sent to the Constitutional Court in case the establishment of the Commission is not accepted", Boçi said.

Regarding Balla's warning about not accepting the Investigative Commission, Boçi said that the regulation provides that when 1/4 of the deputies collect the signatures, the commission can be set up.
