"May 14, strong battle"/ Kelliçi: Veliaj is in control of the media

The candidate of the Democratic Party for mayor of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, during a conversation with the members of the "Brain Gain" Department, emphasized that on May 14 the race will be strong.

Kelliçi has expressed that as strong as this race is, according to him, it will be unequal because of corruption, throwing accusations at the mayor Erion Veliaj.

He has underlined that Veliaj is so rich that he also controls the media, but Kelliçi says that he will continue this race to bring a different model.

"In March I will surrender due to the law in Albania to enter the battle for Tirana. To enter a very strong and unequal battle, just as it is unequal because of corruption. The mayor of Tirana is so rich that he controls the media. The burden falls on me to define a completely different model", said Kelliçi. / CNA.al
