Passive corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials

Active corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials

Laundering of proceeds of crime or criminal activity

Refusal to declare, failure to declare, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants, or of any other person who has a legal obligation to declare

Erion Veliaj, in order to be released from prison tomorrow, has offered a considerable amount of money as a financial guarantee, precisely the money he is accused of not justifying.

But with whose money did Veliaj offer financial guarantees?

With those of the phantom incinerator? Which does not exist and for years we as taxpayers have been paying millions of euros a year.

With the money from the tenders he gave to his subordinates in the 5D affair?

With the money of Harabel of Ajola?

With the percentage money (shared with Rama) that the Construction Oligarchy and the Concrete Mafia built the palaces and towers in Tirana?

With the proceeds of corruption tenders worth several million euros in Student City?

Or with the money from hundreds of dubious and corrupt tenders that Veliaj has awarded since the first day he stepped into the Municipality?

Justice must go to the end to answer the above questions.

Erion Veliaj is still at risk of destroying evidence if in some way or scenario he manages to get out tomorrow, but this is just one of the many aspects of why Veliaj should be in prison and here there are no more Carlo Bollino and Mero Baze to save him.
