Taylor Swift has revealed her crazy workout routine that helped her prepare for her Eras global tour.

Each performance requires the 33-year-old pop star to sing 40 songs, dance and change costumes 16 times in the space of 180 minutes.

In her first in-depth interview in almost four years, the Anti-Hero singer opened up about the extreme measures she took to make sure she was in top shape for the tour.

"I knew this tour was harder than anything I'd ever done before by a long shot," she told Time, which named her its 2023 Person of the Year. 

The hit singer said she started training six months before the first show. 

"Every day, I was running around singing the whole set list out loud," she said.

While singing and running at the same time may sound strange, it's actually a very effective way to increase your fitness, according to PT Sarah Campus, founder of LDN MUMS FITNESS.

She told The Sun: “When you sing, take deep breaths and exercise muscles like your diaphragm, lungs and abs, they can get you fitter.
