How does Rita Ora cope with a panic attack?/ The singer's advice

Popular singer Rita Ora has spoken about panic attacks and what she does to control them.

During an interview on the 'Brave New World' podcast, the singer said that she has learned to recognize the signs of a panic attack after experiencing severe moments of stress for many years.

The singer reveals that she regularly takes a 40-minute infrared sauna followed by a cold soak or shower.

For panic attacks she uses Chinese medicine methods to control symptoms as well as acupuncture.

"I have a lot of anxiety, but I think everyone in my country does, to be honest. I think it's really nice that these kinds of conversations are now free, and some days are better than others. Now I've learned to recognize when I'm going to have a panic attack. Before, I still felt like it was something foreign to me. I do a lot of acupuncture and just breathe and lay somewhere for about 20 minutes. I love Chinese medicine and I try to incorporate many different methods," said Rita.
