He punched the citizen/ The court orders 1 month of detention for Fero

The court of Gjilan has today made the decision on the security measure for the rapper Fero, who a few days ago, punched a citizen inside his car.

The court has announced that the rapper has been sentenced to 30 days in prison, after the attack he carried out on a citizen in his car, the video of which went viral on social networks.

" The Basic Court in Gjilan has approved the request of the Basic Prosecution of Gjilan, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to the defendant F. Sh.

Sh., duke e goditur me grushte dhe shkelma disa herë në pjesë të ndryshme të trupit, deri sa ndërhynë persona të tjerë të pranishëm për ta larguar të pandehurin.

Me këto veprime i pandehuri dyshohet se ka kryer veprën penale sulmi, vepër e sanksionuar me Kodin Penal të Republikës së Kosovës (KPRK).
